Room Assignment

New and Returning Students

Your room will not be guaranteed if your booking form and deposit are submitted after the deadline. Bookings can only be considered confirmed, after having received a confirmation email by The Residence staff.

Students who miss the deadline will be placed on a waiting list based on the date that the booking form was completed and provided that the deposit has been received. Availability depends entirely on dropouts or cancellations.

Students will receive email notification of their status on the waiting list.

The waiting list and your assigned number is broken down according to gender, since most of our bed spaces are assigned as male or female separately.

All rooms are allocated by gender (no rooms will be mixed gender, unless requested). Common areas (kitchens and bathrooms) of apartments and townhouses might be shared by both genders.

Check-in is at 2pm and Check-out at 10am.
